Applicable for Property Tiers 1 - 3:

• For properties ranging up to 4,000 square feet, an approximate delivery of 40-50 high quality images will be delivered.
• All photos will be captured professionally and digitally retouched / optimized.
• If a property is under 1,000 square feet (such as a bachelor) - the number of delivered photos may range between 10-25.

Turn-around / Delivery:

• Monday - Thursday photoshoots have a 24-48 hour turnaround.
• Shoots that fall on a Friday, Weekend, or Holiday - the turnaround defaults to the next available business day (unless expedited, charged separately).
• For evening shoots / twilight photos, please allow at least 48-72 hours for receipt of photos due to the shoot falling on the end of the business day.
• All photo / image file(s) are delivered digitally through Google Drive for ease of access and download.

For Property Tiers 4 (XL / Custom) our policies are very similar - depending on the size or custom requests we will communicate delivery standards and turn around beforehand.

Applicable for all Property Tiers:

• All spotlight areas of the property will be professionally captured in high definition video using professional video cameras and lenses.
• Footage from the property is delivered in the form of a professionally edited spotlight video that captures the property, features, call to action, and incorporates the pre-existing branding and contact information of the Realtor or Group.
• All spotlight videos come with matching background music hand picked and included free of charge. All music included in our delivered videos are commercially licensed for each client.
• Clients can request a receipt of the underlying licensed music at request (24-48 hour processing time).
• While graphics, visuals, and sound are included at no extra charge - highly detailed lower thirds (at request) may be charged separately after approval / confirmation from the client. 

Excellence Guarantee 

• No one likes shaky footage, that's why we include a "No shake" guarantee! All our relevant moving shots are buttery smooth thanks to our high end motorized gimbal stabilizers.
• As a second layer of defense against shaky footage, not only do we review all our footage but should it be required, we may further provide stabilization in post.

• Monday - Thursday videography shoots have a 24-48 hour turnaround.
• Shoots that fall on a Friday, Weekday, or Holiday - the turnaround defaults to the next available business day within the 24-48 hour business hour timeframe.
• If expedited, the turn around is within 24 hours.
• All video file(s) are delivered digitally through Google Drive for ease of access and download.

Applicable for all Property Tiers:

• Our team utilizes the Matterport Pro2 3D camera, the gold standard in professional 3D capture for virtual tours.
• Included in each virtual tour are schematic floor plans, these are professional black and white floor plans generated from the 3D tour.
• Floorplans are accurate to 1-2% of reality. While our floorplans are fairly exact, they are not official - as such Flex My Property is not responsible for discrepancies with provincial or federal authorized measurements and code.
• 3D tours are exclusively for use in interior spaces only.

• Monday - Thursday servicing have a 24-48 hour turnaround for virtual tours.
• Shoots that fall on a Friday, Weekend, or Holiday - the turnaround defaults to the next available business day.
• Please note that Floor Plans have a delivery guarantee within 2-3 business days and are delivered in the form of a PDF.
• Virtual Tours are delivered in the form of a shareable link that can be shared and embedded in listing directories.
• Virtual Tours can be viewed on all modern devices, ranging from desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone.
• Smartphones have an additional feature to view the property in VR Mode (goggles sold separately).
• Virtual Tours are free for the first 3 months or $60 for the year.

Flex My Property may, in the future, expand our Virtual Tour offering to include iGuide, Livetour, or Zillow 3D based on demand.

Applicable for all Property Tiers:

• Usually paired with our Real Estate Photography / Videography services, our aerial and drone capture policy falls within the policies of the above.
• The differentiator being the inclusion of stabilized aerial drone footage (photo and video) in the end product.
• Please note that our aerial real estate services are weather dependent - should flight conditions be compromised a rescheduling is provided free of charge.
• Our drones are controlled by a professionally licensed drone operator.
• Our drone operators abide by provincial and federal flight guidelines.
• Our drone services come with liability insurance.

• Shoots that fall on a Friday, Weekend, or Holiday - the turnaround defaults to the next available business day.
• Delivery of aerial video and photos through Google Drive.

Flex My Property is stationed out of Kingston, Ontario. Travel to a servicing location is calculated at roughly $0.56 per kilometer. 

Travel costs can be minimized for clients that batch multiple properties back to back. 

Within Kingston, certain areas are free of charge.
